Hello!! I'm Alba and I'm going to answer four questions...

-What is the Kosciuszko?

Is a high mountain.

-Where is the Kosciuszko?

Is in Australia, Ocenia.

-Why the name is Kosciuszko?

In honor of  Tadeusz Kościuszko, a explorer.

-What animals and plants are there in this mountain?

There are flowers, mammals and birds.

Ficha Kilimanjaro

Kilimanjaro is a mountain. The highest peak is Uhuru (5891 m). This mountain was dicovered in 1848 by Johannes Rebmann.

The first person who climbed the Kilimanjaro was Hans Meyer.

The global warming causes the melting of the snow!! Is horrible!!

Desastre del Prestige- Alba

Hace 10 años, el barco petrolero Prestige causó un desastre.
El 30 de noviembre de 2002, el barco tuvo un gran accidente causado por una enorme tormenta. Ocurrió al noreste de España, en Galicia.

Se derramó por el mar unos 77000 toneladas de petróleo.
Estuvieron unos días alejando el barco de la costa, hasta que se acabó hundiendo a 250 km.
Este estropicio causó un  gran catástrofe medioambiental.
Por los muchos contaminantes que se habían soltado, el problema se 
extendió por el Océano Atlántico.

Durante más de 3 meses, personas voluntarias ayudaban a limpiar la costa.
Todo esto tuvo mucho revuelo, aunque aún se sigue hablando de ello.
